  • 1 hour minimum per visit

  • Travel fee of $35 may apply for locations beyond 15 miles from central Charleston.

  • The hourly rate covers labor and expertise. Materials and hardware must be provided by the client or can be sourced at cost.

  • Not necessarily—but we do recommend someone be present at the start to go over the task list. From there, James can take it from there!

  • We’ll keep you updated in real time. We never surprise you with hidden fees, and any additional time will be discussed before continuing.

  • We don’t handle plumbing, major electrical work, or any tasks that require a contractor’s license. If you’re unsure, just ask!

  • Is Seersucker Service insured?
    Yes! We carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind.

  • Yes, depending on availability. These bookings incur an additional $25/hour for extended support.
